Floradrops can change our prices, availability, and specifications of products sold by Floradrops. When orders are placed, an email confirmation will be sent automatically, and this confirmation does not confirm that the order has been accepted but confirms that the order was received. Floradrops has the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel an order, a full refund will be made. 

After the order is delivered, the risk of the product being lost or gone missing passes onto the purchaser. Purchases can also be delivered in portions, with specific products not being received all at once. The orders will be made at the time of delivery that was chosen when purchasing unless, for some reason, the order purchased was taken out of our direct control. For delivery of flowers, we highly suggest that the receiver of our products are present when the order is delivered because flowers left outside are more likely to die. We will try to contact the recipient of the flowers by knocking, ringing the doorbell, and calling the phone number provided to us if someone is not present when the delivery driver delivers the product.
